Have questions? I just might have the answer you’re looking for!

But then again, I might not! However, you can’t expect one person to know everything there is to know about technology.  That doesn’t mean I won’t do my homework for you though.  The highlight of this blog is to answer questions that you might have about the technology surrounding modern computing. So many people are searching for answers and more often than not, they either receive information full of falsehoods or end up paying a “professional” to give them answers that may or may not solve their problems or answer their questions. Obviously, there will be some questions that aren’t able to be adequately answered without hands-on intervention, but the majority of the time I’ve noticed that people just want to ask simple questions that help them better understand their computers and how they function.

So ask away! I don’t expect to be drowning in requests for information to begin with, but this is the perfect forum for you to ask whatever you want to know about computing without being ridiculed for simply wanting to learn! Here’s to our first day together!

  1. You know, I always wonder what my computer is *really* doing. Sometimes, it can be running a program or something, but it isn’t immediately apparent. It isn’t until I try to do something, that I realize that my computer is running very slow. It seems that I’ve always had this problem. Suggestions?

  2. What exactly is Blue Tooth technology? How does it work? What devices use it?
I could “google it” like I do so many other questions that I have, but this forum looks like it’d be MUCH more fun =)

  3. It looks like I’ll be buying a new computer soon. My old one ran Windows XP. All the new computers have Windows Vista. Someone told me that I should still try to get a computer with XP, since Vista is no good. Would it be worth my while to get Windows XP again, or go ahead and get Windows Vista?
